Delete Your Account & Data

At Fassalkart Agri-Tech Private Limited you are in full control of your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your Fassalkart account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to install the Fassalkart App to submit a deletion request.

Heads up: deleting your account is permanent. Once we process your request you will lose access to your order history, KYC records, wallet balance, rentals, and any active product listings. We recommend withdrawing any wallet balance first.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the App

Open the Fassalkart App and log in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm with your password / OTP.
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Option 2 — Email request (no App required)

From the email address registered with your Fassalkart account, send a message to fassalkart@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: Delete my Fassalkart account.
Include in the body:
- Your registered phone number
- Your full name
- (Optional) Reason for leaving, so we can improve
We will verify the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What we are required to retain (and for how long)

Indian law requires us to retain certain records even after you close your account. These records are moved to a restricted-access archive and are not used for any other purpose:

Verification & turnaround

We verify each deletion request by matching the registered phone / email so that no one else can delete your account.
If we cannot verify the request, we will reply asking for additional proof of identity.
Verified requests are fully processed within 30 calendar days.
If you have an open order, we will hold deletion until the order is delivered or cancelled.

If you only want to leave / take a break

If you simply want to stop receiving notifications, you can disable them from Profile → Notifications or from your phone’s system settings, without deleting your account. To temporarily hide your product listings, use the “Pause listing” option on each product card in the Seller dashboard.
